This early version of the MK10 has a smooth 3.8 litre straight six, double overhead cam engine, with triple SU carburettors, a three speed automatic gearbox and LSD at the rear.

With disc brakes all round and front and rear electric windows, this car was way ahead of it’s time when produced in 1964.




An original stunning car in excellent order for its age with straight sides and good panel gaps. Lots of history and past MOT certificates in the file verify the low 48,000 mileage as genuine.




The factory underbody sealant was stripped and replaced in 2014 revealing solid floors that have never been welded. The body was repainted in 2007 with photographic documentation showing the car in good order, with no rust (but with dull paintwork prior to repainting).
